It is a mandatory certification that ensures all workers have completed the necessary safety training to understand the risks and hazards on a construction site. ​

You can obtain a White Card by completing a course with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

The purpose of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is to reduce the risk of work related injuries. It is mandatory for all construction workers to wear PPE when on site.

Basic PPE includes a hard hat, high-visibility clothes, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-capped boots. Depending on your work task, you might require further protective equipment. ​
